Using bulk samples from our recent drilling, we completed metallurgical testing to certify and confirm previous metallurgical testing. The Company then acquired surrounding land to the existing claim block. The newly acquired land shows evidence of placer mining, strong soil gold anomalies and historic drilling reporting strong gold intervals.
Most recently, we announced the addition of Andy Bentz as an advisor to the Company. Andy has extensive experience and recognition in the politics of Oregon and is well connected to help the Company advance our Eldorado project forward. Andy has worked on Paramount Gold’s Grassy Mountain project and has been instrumental in helping to advance it towards mine development. The Grassy Mountain project is a relatively short distance and in the same county as our Eldorado project.
Provenance plans additional sampling and mapping followed by core and RC drilling in 2024 to test the extent of the large gold envelope via infill drilling, +300m vertical depth drilling, and by testing additional high-grade gold bearing breccia structures similar to the one intersected in the 2023 drilling.
